Min is a Certified Professional Groomer and a graduate of the Academy of Dog Grooming Arts. She is Certified in Pet Nutrition and Certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation For Animals (CPR). Her clients, peers, and teachers all tout her as one of the 'Best in Class' with her animal awareness, as well as, her expert scissoring and hand stripping skills. Min's gentle and calm nature, her love for animals and life, and her natural grooming and handling ability with animals, put her among the top in the grooming profession.
Mike has been involved with the breeding, boarding, training, showing and grooming of various animals throughout his life - from are smaller four legged friends to our large hooved friends on the farm. He also loves photography, graphic art, and art in general - as seen throughout The Pet Pamperer Dog Grooming Salon & Studio website.

Our McCloud, or one of several nicknames, is a work in progress - continually inspiring us! After Michael's mother passed away, we adopted her Chloe Pearl, another beautiful and gentle West Highland White Terrier. Although McCloud and Chloe were several years old when they met, they immediately got along like brother and sister. They are our little kids!
The Pet Pamperer Dog Grooming Salon & Studio was established in Bartlett, Illinois. We initially provided only grooming and care services, select products, art and photography. We are continuing to expand our services to include: day care, boarding, intermediate and advanced training. In addition, we are expanding our on-line catalog of specialty pet products and supplies. Our goal is to offer only the highest quality pet products and services to the professional and consumer alike.
We are members of the National Dog Groomers Association and are fully insured. We are incorporated and registered with the State of Illinois, County of Cook and Village of Bartlett.
